Share Your Schedule as a Link: Introducing Shareable Calendar Pages
Convert any text, PDF or screenshot into calendar events — then share the whole schedule as a single link. Recipients can view it online, subscribe in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar, or download the .ics. No sign-up required.

Until today, converting a schedule with Text-2-ICS ended one way: you downloaded an .ics file. That's perfect when the events are just for you — but the moment you need to get a conference agenda to your whole team, or a term timetable to your family, a file is the wrong shape. You end up emailing attachments, explaining how to import them, and doing it all again for every person.
Now you can share the whole schedule as a single link.
What's New
After converting your events, you'll see a new Share Link button next to Download. One click gives you a durable URL like:

Send that link to anyone. They'll see a clean page with every event — times, locations, descriptions — and three ways to get it into their own calendar:
- Subscribe in one tap — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook buttons add the schedule as a calendar subscription (a
webcal://feed). - Download the .ics — for anyone who prefers a one-off import.
- View it online — the page itself works as a lightweight schedule viewer on any device.
No account needed on either side. Links are unlisted — only people you send them to can find them — and they're excluded from search engines.
Why a Link Beats a File
A file is a snapshot you have to deliver to each person, one inbox at a time. A link is a place:
- One link, any number of people. Paste it in Slack, WhatsApp, an email signature, or behind a QR code on a poster.
- It opens everywhere. Recipients on iPhone, Android, Outlook or Google Calendar all get a path that works for them — no "how do I open this file?" questions.
- It's durable. The link keeps working long after the original conversion. Subscribed calendars keep the events available wherever the recipient checks their schedule.
Where It Shines
The feature was built for the schedules people actually share:
- Conference and event agendas — convert the agenda PDF once, send one link to every attendee.
- Class and course timetables — share a term's schedule with students or parents.
- Team rotas and fixtures — one link for the whole squad, however many events the season has.
- Travel itineraries — flights, hotels and meetings in one place for everyone on the trip.
These are exactly the documents that are painful to share by hand: dozens of events, multiple people, and no patience for manual calendar entry on the receiving end.
How to Use It
- Convert your schedule as usual — paste text, or upload a PDF, image or CSV at text-2-ics.com.
- When your events are ready, click Share Link.
- Copy the link from the dialog and send it to anyone who needs the schedule.
That's it. Recipients click, preview the events, and add them to their calendar in one tap.
Privacy, Briefly
Share links are unguessable and unlisted: the URL contains a random suffix, the pages tell search engines not to index them, and nothing is shared until you click the button. If you never share a conversion, nothing about it is public.
