How to Get Your ABI MasterMind (ESS) Work Schedule Into Your Phone Calendar

If you work events at a stadium, arena or convention center, there's a good chance your schedule lives in ABI MasterMind — the Employee Self Service portal at ess.abimm.com. It tells you when you're working. What it doesn't do is put those shifts on your phone.

There's no "Add to Calendar" button. No iCal feed. No Google Calendar sync. The ABIMM mobile app handles clock-in, but not calendar export. So every time a new schedule drops, you're left typing shifts into your phone one by one — dates, call times, gates, event names — and hoping you didn't fat-finger a start time on a double-header weekend.

Here's the faster way.

Step 1: Copy Your Schedule Out of ESS

Log in to your ESS portal as usual and open your schedule. You don't need to format anything — just select the schedule text and copy it. Dates, times, event names, locations, notes: grab it all, mess and all. Something like this is perfect as-is:

Step 2: Paste It Into Text-2-ICS

Step 3: Get It Onto Your Phone

Click Download and open the file — your phone offers to add the events to your default calendar. Works everywhere: iPhone, Android, Outlook, Google Calendar.

Option B: Subscribe once, never import again (recommended)

If you do this every schedule drop, set up your personal calendar feed instead. It's a private live calendar URL tied to your account: subscribe to it once in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, and every schedule you convert from then on appears on your phone automatically.

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Click Create my calendar feed.
3. Tap the button for your calendar app (Apple/Outlook or Google) and confirm the subscription.

Next month, when the new schedule posts in ESS: copy → paste → convert. Done. Your phone updates itself within a few hours — no downloads, no imports, nothing to install.

Why This Beats Typing Shifts In Manually
